Help finding trained staff

Our Employability Team works closely with Job Centre Plus and local employers to develop work-focused training. We then train ambitious individuals who are currently out of work (you may be aware of the national Six Month Offer programme programme) so that they can step in to these vacancies and build your team.

You can rely on us for support in finding the right staff in retail, customer service, security, education and beyond.

Events to help you find the right employees

Throughout the year we hold a number of events designed to match ‘work-ready’ candidates with up-to-date skills, to suitable employers.

There are also government subsidies available to employers for recruiting staff participating on the programme and their continued training when in work.
